Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

Remote/Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier services based on service availability and your delivery location.

We do not offer self-pickup or in-person delivery at this time.

You will receive a tracking link or tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking information may take several hours to become active after dispatch.

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears:

We will assist you after verifying the issue.


9. Lost Shipments

If your order is marked as lost or undelivered by the courier partner, we will:

10. International Shipping

At present, Vezair Prime ships only within India.
