- Eligibility for Returns or Exchange
● Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
An incorrect item was delivered
● To qualify, the item must be:
Unused and unworn
Unwashed
In its original condition
With all original packaging and tags
Reported within the specified return window
2. Return Request Window
Customers must initiate a return request within:
2 days from the date of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be processed.
3. Important Notice Regarding Size Issues
❗ Size-related concerns are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes:
Ordering the wrong size
Fit or comfort issues
Personal preferences such as “too loose” or “too tight”
Customers are strongly advised to review our size chart carefully before placing an order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products that have been worn, washed, or used
Items showing stains, perfume, or signs of wear
Size-related issues (as mentioned above)
Customized or personalised products
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
Damage occurring after delivery
Accessories (e.g., caps, socks, wristbands) unless delivered defective
5. How to Initiate a Return (Valid Cases Only)
To request a return in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
3. Attach photographs/videos showing the defect or damage
4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
6. Return Method
Once a return is approved:
A pickup may be arranged via our courier partner (subject to serviceability), or
You may be requested to ship the product back to the address provided
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
7. Refund Process
Refunds are issued only for orders that qualify under damaged, defective, or incorrect product conditions.
Refunds may be provided through:
Store Credit / Coupon Code
Refund to the original payment method, if applicable
Timelines:
Store Credit: issued within 2–3 business days after approval
Original Payment Method: 5–7 business days after product inspection
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only when the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Size-related exchanges are not supported.
If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
