1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. If COD is available for your location, you will see the option at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pincode and courier service.
Once shipped, you will receive your tracking link via SMS/Email.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link.
You can use it anytime to check the real-time status of your shipment.
4. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver across most serviceable pincodes in India.

6. Can I exchange my product for a different size?
We do not offer size-based exchanges or returns.
We encourage customers to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order.
This helps ensure correct sizing and avoids inconvenience later.
7. What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted in cases where:
The product is received damaged, OR
The wrong product was delivered
Returns are not accepted for reasons related to size, preference, or fit.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
You must raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery
A full unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, is mandatory for approval
Photos of the issue may also be required
Once verified, our support team will assist you with the return procedure.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
